Herb and Honey Bakery is an artisan, community-driven bakery and voted Erie's Best Bakery, Breads, and Desserts in 2025. Known for the croissants, pastries, pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and sourdough bread and offer local produce, kombucha, honey, maple syrup, and locally-made crafts and art.
Herb and Honey does not simply aim to create Erie’s best baked goods through the way they do business, they strive to help build a more inclusive, accessible, collaborative, and connected city.
