Pick the perfect spot to watch Erie County’s largest 4th of July parade!
The sirens will blare and the parade will step off Tuesday, July 4 at 9:45 a.m. from West 12th and Marshall Streets and proceed west on 12th Street to the American Legion. This year’s Grand Marshalls are Erie hometown heroes.
West 12th Street is Closed from Peninsula Drive to Grant Ave From 8:00 am until the conclusion of the parade. (Parade Is approximately 1 mile long and takes approximately 2 1/2 hours).
It is greatly encouraged to arrive early and plan ahead.
The cannon will blare multiple times on the route. A Quiet Zone is located Between Montpelier Ave. and the review stand in front of the American Legion.
